Oktober recipe

We're back to cold evenings.
There is nothing better than some pumpkin cut into large chunks.
Saute garlic in trusted Gragnano oil, chilli pepper, a drop of wine from Gragnano strawberry grapes  pressed by hand and unfiltered.
Fall pumpkin and let it "to drown" for fifteen minutes.
I do not eat meat, but a piece of country sausage would not hurt.
Turn off the radio or TV and sit comfortably at the table.
A bit of fresh bread, a glass of red Gragnano wine, of course, and enjoy your meal.
